"Emma" and "Persuasion"

Guest Austenesque Authors: Suzan Lauder and Helena Korin will be reading from their latest works as well as offering book signing opportunities.

Guinness World Record Count

When:  Saturday July 15th : Registration is from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.  The actual count is scheduled for 12:00 noon.
Where:  Glenwood Centre (see map below on right)

Registration:  All participants must be dressed as described in the Guinness World Record Guidelines.  Participants will be given a number, have their photo taken and register with name for  $5 per person or $10 per family including souvenir gift.  Preregistration is strongly encouraged:  see Registration Page.

The Middleton Country Ball

for family fun

July 14th 6:00 pm.- 8:00 pm

This Ball is for all ages but especially families who would like to dance together with their children or other family members.  Regency attire is preferred but not required.
Dances will be chosen with families in mind - easy to learn and fun to do.  6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Tickets:  $5.00 for children 12 yrs and under, $10 per adult.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Thank you

Grande Masquerade Regency Candlelit Ball

An evening of elegance

July 15th at 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight

An unforgettable elegant evening reminiscent of days gone by.  Come "incognito" wearing your dancing mask. 
 Masks are also available for $5 each at the door.


Light refreshments will be served throughout the evening. 
Regency attire is required.      A cash bar service is provided.
Tickets:  $30 

FAMILY PICNIC :  12:00 p.m.Sunday July 16th 


Picnic is at Roger's Creek Park.  (Corner of Gertrude St. and Pemberton Rd) Don your Regency outfit and bring your basket full of goodies and join us to celebrate  the last event of our Festival.  This is for the entire family.  There will be  croquet  and  some Regency children's activities. 

Complimentary liquid refreshments will be available. See you there.
