Guinness Count and Grande Promenade

When:  Saturday July 7th : 10:00 - noon
Where:  Starting at the ADSS (Alberni District Secondary School) and then proceeding by car,to Harbour Quay at the base of Argyle Street.

This year we will be having a Guinness World Record Count as we have a really good chance of acquiring the world record.  This will be accomplished with the help of the cast and crew of Chicago Chamber Opera Tour Company's "Persuasion".  With almost 80 people from their entourage and our 302 we only need 30-40 people more to beat the record and I do believe we can do it.  The Grande Promenade will follow the count on Saturday morning, July 7th.  This is the year we do it!
